  • Climate Card: 30-day unlimited public transport pass (limited to specific stations)
  • Evaluating its effectiveness in promoting public transport usage

Solution

  1. DiD Analysis: Compare passenger numbers between Climate Card and non-Climate Card stations
  2. RDD: Analyze policy discontinuity at station boundaries
  3. No significant treatment effects found in either method
